Runs entirely in your browser. Your file is never uploaded or stored. The tool reads the export you downloaded from comBIMe and converts it on your own machine.
What it does
From 1 January 2027, BIM is mandatory for selected Czech public contracts, and deliverables must follow the Datovy standard staveb (DSS). This tool does the tedious last step.
- Revit shared parameter file (.txt).
- Checklist (.csv).
- Stable GUIDs.
How to use it
- In comBIMe, export the Configurations as XLS.
- Launch the tool and drop that file in.
- Pick a building type and project stage.
- Download the shared parameter file and the checklist.

Questions
Does my model or data get uploaded anywhere?
No. Everything happens in your browser.
Is this an official Agentura CAS tool?
No. It is a free utility by ZERO.BIM.
Why are some properties skipped or shown as TEXT?
Where the standard does not give a data type we fall back to TEXT.
The parameters are in Czech, can I get English names?
Not yet. DSS is a Czech standard.
